Canadian chanteuse Celine Dion is selling off a major part of her Quebec real estate portfolio.
The 44-year-old has put her French-style chateau on an island in the St. Lawrence up for sale.
It comes completely furnished and has its own wine cellar, a private bridge and is 15 minutes from downtown Montreal, Que.
The asking price is $29.5 million.
When Dion isn’t performing in Las Vegas, N.V., the family spends most of their time at their home in Florida.
Dion won’t completely leave her Canadian roots behind. She owns a $2-million chalet in Quebec.
