OTTAWA, On. — The Capital Hoedown is a music festival without a location and now it looks like it may not have a single headliner on the bill.
An industry source tells the Ottawa Citizen, Taylor Swift has returned the $2.1-million she was to be paid for headlining the festival.
Organizers insist the show will go on August 10-12, saying they will unveil the new location Monday, and a new lineup a little later on.
Ticket holders upset with the changes can get a full refund after June 19.
