It was a deadly long weekend on the water in Ontario.
In Toronto, two brothers died after being pulled from Lake Ontario near Scarborough beach on Sunday.
It’s believed the 17- and 22-year-olds were camping and had gone for a swim — windy conditions made for a tough rescue.
Later in the day, a Mississauga man died after swimming off Long Point Provincial park.
Witnesses tried to help 43-year-old Walter Santos back to shore but a strong current hampered their rescue attempts.
Meanwhile, a 26-year-old Ajax man is missing after a canoeing accident on Lake Ontario, and another man hasn’t been found after diving into Lake Scugog from a house boat near Peterborough.
