General Motors has recalled 10,315 Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana vans from 2003 and 2004 model years in Canada and the United States.

The recall is due to road salt that may have corroded a fueling pipe.

U.S. safety regulators said there is a higher risk of fire is the pipe that carries gas is corroded.

GM said owners have already been notified and they can bring their vans into local dealerships to be repaired.
