Buckingham Palace says Prince Philip, the queen’s husband, has been taken to hospital as a ‘precautionary measure.’

The palace did not release details on the condition of the 91-year-old Duke of Edinburgh.
    
Philip was hospitalized for five days in June with a bladder infection.
