OTTAWA, Ont. – Ottawa Police are askign for the public’s help in locating a missing man.

81-year-old Jean-Serge Lacelle who went missing Monday evening, after he was supposed to check in to the Ottawa Civic Hospital.

He is described as:

• White
• 5’6″
• Small, thin build with thinning grey hair.
• He was wearing blue pants, with a beige sweater over a plaid shirt and slippers.
• He may have trouble walking as he usually has a walker and may be disoriented.
• He should be wearing a hospital identification band.
