OTTAWA, Ont. – A guilty plea Monday morning from a Constance Bay man who struck and killed a young mother of twins in a hit and run on March 18, 2012.
Jeremy Rees, 23, has admitted to charges of impaired driving causing death and failing to remain at the scene of a crash.
Erin Vance was walking on Bayview Road in Constance Bay after attending a St. Patrick’s Day party when Rees’ speeding car struck her.
A sentencing hearing is set to begin on December 5, 2012.
