OTTAWA-A man is recovering with burns after a grease fire in the Billings Bridge area.

He called paramedics just before 8:30 p.m. Tuesday from his home on Crocus Avenue saying he had been burned.

Paramedics called in the fire department who tell 1310News the fire was out when they arrived on scene and the man was being treated by paramedics.

Just how much damage was caused has yet to be revealed.
