Quebec Police say the extradition process is underway to have a murder suspect returned to Canada from the United States.
Thirty-five-year-old Justin Bresaw is facing first-degree murder charges after two men and a woman were found dead in a burning home in Amos, which is in Northern Quebec.
He was arrested Saturday in Tallahassee, Florida after an officer spotted him using a laptop in an electrical outlet behind a church.
A violent struggle followed leaving the officer with a broken nose and a gash on his face.
Bresaw escaped, but he was captured after a three hour manhunt involving a police helicopter and the canine unit.
