OTTAWA, Ont. – Thanksgiving may have just wrapped up, but the Salvation Army is already looking ahead to Christmas.

The Salvation Army is putting out a call for volunteers for its iconic red Christmas Kettle Campaign.

The campaign starts in about a month, and runs until Christmas Eve.

The Christmas Kettle Campaign, which provides individuals and families with food, clothing and other help, requires almost 10-thousand volunteers a year.
