Halloween at Rideau Hall’s Haunted House
October 31, 2012 – 1 Sussex Drive, Ottawa – 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Trick or treaters are invited to explore the haunted Visitor Centre and even hop aboard an eerie vintage airplane from the Canada Aviation and Space Museum
Governor General David Johnson will be there to hand out goodies.

Halloween at Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s
October 31, 2012 – 24 Sussex Drive, Ottawa – 6:30 p.m. start time.
Every year, the Prime Minister hands out treats at his official residence. It’s free and open to everybody.

Free kids activities at Place d’Orleans
October 31, 2012 – 110 Place d’Orléans Dr., Orleans – 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Crafts and face painting and the ever popular trick or treat trek starting.
Non food treats will be made available at certain stores for those kids with allergies ‘above and beyond peanuts/tree nuts’.
