OTTAWA, Ont. – Summer may have ended, but the drier than normal weather conditions in Ottawa have not.
“The capital received lower than normal amounts of rain last month,” said 1310News meteorologist Jill Taylor. “Ottawa recorded about 57.2mm of rain for the month of October, the average about 74.9mm.”
Jill says November is getting off to a chilly start, with below average temperatures.
She’s expecting a very active month, with rain and unsettled conditions, especially around Remembrance Day.
