Hydro One is sending 145 employees to assist with power restoration efforts in the United States in the aftermath of superstorm Sandy.
Officials say electricity has been restored to most of the Ontario residents left in the dark following the storm.
The workers and their vehicles are to cross the boarded near Gananoque at about 6 a.m. Friday morning and head to Massachusetts.
Thirteen Hydro Ottawa workers left earlier this week to help with the clean-up efforts in Connecticut.
