OTTAWA, Ont. – It’s the end of an era for a dealership in Ottawa’s east end.  

Belisle Chevrolet Cadillac will close its doors January 10, 2013.

General Manager Jim Low sent a release out Monday, thanking the thousands of customers who’ve bought vehicles at the dealership since it originally opened in Clarence Creek 86 years ago.

He also thanked the company’s employee’s and suppliers.

Belisle is one of the country’s longest-standing family-owned GM franchises.
