OTTAWA, Ont. – Fog is making for a tricky Thursday morning commute across the Ottawa region.
Visibility is said to be especially poor in rural areas, where motorists are also trying to avoid wildlife on the move.
Fog is causing problems in the air as well. Air Canada has issued a travel alert asking passengers to confirm their flight before heading out to the airport. Click here to view the list of delayed and cancelled flights at the Ottawa Airport.
Environment Canada says widespread fog also developed overnight across southern Ontario and in the Sudbury and North Bay areas as well.
