OTTAWA, Ont. — Ottawa police have charged a fellow officer with obstructing police in connection to an incident this summer.
Police are releasing few details, only that the incident happened on June 8, and the officer was suspended from duty on June 13.
Constable Sampson Vo, 27, will be in court on December 19.
In a statement, Police Chief Charles Bordeleau said the matter is before the courts, and “The Ottawa Police Service expects the conduct of all officers to be of the highest standard and reflective of the values of our community.”
