Ottawa, ON – The Ottawa Carleton District School Board has confirmed to 1310News that public elementary school teachers will walk off the job for one day on December 12th.

Elementary schools will be closed, and buses will not be running.

This is part of the recent job action between teachers and the province, that will see one-day strikes held across Ontario this month.
