BANCROFT, ON- Highway 28 has been closed 10 kilometres southwest of Bancroft by a serious traffic accident.
Ontario Provincial Police say two cars collided head-on on the highway, south of Lower Faraday Road in Faraday Township, just before eight o’clock this morning.
A male driver was taken by ambulance to the hospital in Bancroft and then airlifted to Kingston General Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The other driver, a man, was also taken to the Bancroft hospital with serious injuries.
