OTTAWA, On. — School buses with the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board, the Catholic School Board, and the two French language boards were cancelled because of freezing rain Monday.

School buses were also cancelled for the Upper Canada District School Board, The Catholic School Board of Eastern Ontario and their corresponding French-language boards.

School buses were also cancelled for Renfrew County.

In West Quebec, buses were cancelled for the Pontiac, Gracefield, Low and Lapeche.  

All schools remain open with the exception of Life Christian Academy in Orleans.

A freezing rain warning continues for Ottawa, Gatineau, and most areas to the south and east of the city.

Other areas under a freezing rain warning include Brockville, Prescott and Russell, Cornwall, Smiths Falls, Perth, Renfrew, Arnprior, and Pembroke.
