OTTAWA, On- An Ottawa man is facing charges linked to a recent string of break and enters in the Capital.
Police say a man was arrested Wednesday while he was committing a B&E in the 600 block of Gilmour Street, just south of Somerset Street.
During the arrest, the man fled the scene- damaging three unmarked cruisers in the process.
Police believe the man is linked to other break-ins across Ottawa, including near the Civic Hospital, the Glebe and Kanata.
Emmet Patrick Quinn, 34, is charged with numerous crimes including four counts of Break and Enter and Theft, and three counts of Posession of Stolen Property
Quinn was in court Thursday.
