OTTAWA — An Ottawa doctor is facing charges, after accusations of sexual misconduct toward patients.
The investigation started in 2016, with some reported incidents dating back to 2012.
Police say three female victims have been identified, but they believe there may be more.
Walid Al Houssan, 56, is facing three counts of sexual assault, one count of sexual interference of a female under 16, and one count of sexual exploitation of a person with a disability.
The suspect, who is a family medical practitioner, worked in a medical centre the west end of the city at a local Medical Centre.
