OTTAWA — An Ottawa man is facing more charges in connection with an arrest in July.
On July 6, a search warrant was executed in the west end by the Ottawa Police Internet Child Exploitation Unit and the OPP Child Sexual Exploitation Unit.
Beau Breakey, 49, was charged with two counts of Possession Child Pornography and four counts of making child pornography available.
The Computer Forensics Unit and Internet Child Exploitation Unit have completed the full examination of digital devices seized at that time, and Breakey is now facing additional charges:
1 count of Possession of Written Child Pornography s. 163.1(4) of the Criminal Code
2 counts of Making Child Pornography s. 163.1(2) of the Criminal Code
2 count of Making Sexually Explicit Material Available to a person under the age of 18 years of age s. 171.1(1)(a) of the Criminal Code
2 count of Making Available of Child Pornography s. 163.1 (3) of the Criminal Code
1 count of Luring under the age of 16 s. 172.1(1)(b) of the Criminal Code
1 count of Invitation to Sexual Touching s. 152 of the Criminal Code
