UPDATE: OPS advise suspect turned himself in

ed: Ottawa Police advise Cayer has turned himself in to police, November 14 2017.

OTTAWA–Ottawa Police have issued an arrest warrant for a suspect in a 2015 pharmacy robbery.

Jayson Cayer, 34, is wanted on charges of robbery, wearing a disguise with intent, and breaking court conditions.

Investigators have come up empty in their attempts to locate him.

On the afternoon of August 25, 2015, two men walked into a pharmacy on Holland Avenue near the Ottawa Civic Campus, one handed a note to the pharmacist demanding narcotics while the other stayed by the door.

When the robbers came up empty on the demand for drugs, they switched to demanding cash and took off when they got some.

Cayer is 5′ 6″ 150 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.
