Afya – Nova Lima, Brazil, 13.7 million shares, priced $16-$18, managed by BofA Merrill Lynch. Proposed Nasdaq symbol AFYA. Business: Brazilian for-profit medical and healthcare education group.

AssetMark Financial Holdings – Concord, Calif., 12.5 million shares, priced $19-$21, managed by JP Morgan/Goldman Sachs. Proposed NYSE symbol AMK. Business: Provides a wealth management platform for independent financial advisers.

DouYu International Holdings – Wuhan, China, 67.4 million shares, priced $11.50-$14, managed by Morgan Stanley/JP Morgan. Proposed Nasdaq symbol DOYU. Business: Tencent-backed live e-sports streaming platform.

Fulcrum Therapeutics – Cambridge, Mass., 4.5 million shares, priced $16-$18, managed by Morgan Stanley/BofA Merrill Lynch. Proposed Nasdaq symbol FULC. Business: Developing small molecule therapies based on gene regulation for rare diseases.
