Suspects sought in gas station robbery

OTTAWA – Police are looking to identify two suspects in a Saturday gas station robbery in Vanier.

On November 4, around 7 a.m., police report a man and a woman walked into a gas station on Montreal Road, asking to buy cigarettes.

When the clerk asked for photo identification, the man became agitated and verbally aggressive, then walked behind the counter and took cigarettes while threatening the clerk.

The pair then ran off.

No one was hurt

Investigators with the Robbery Unit are looking for two suspects — one man, one woman, and both are around 30-years-old.
