Justin Bieber charged with assault, dangerous driving after ATV crash

PERTH EAST, Ont. – Justin Bieber has been charged with dangerous driving and assault after police say a collision between a minivan and an ATV led to a physical altercation near the pop star’s hometown of Stratford.

Ontario Provincial Police say the incident happened Friday afternoon and that he was released on a promise to appear in court Sept. 29.
