OTTAWA — Sgt. Steve Desjourdy will be docked 20 days pay for discreditable conduct in connection to a 2008 incident in Ottawa Police cell block. He will not face demotion.
The disciplinary action follows an incident involving a woman in police custody whose shirt and bra were cut off in the cell block at the Elgin St. headquarters.
